This page covers the roundtablelearning.app website. The Round Table Learning app has its own privacy policy, covering reading history, saved cards, and analytics: app.roundtablelearning.app/privacy.
Page counts
The website counts page views in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare states does not use cookies. We see totals, such as how many times a page was viewed, and not what any one visitor did. The website shows no ads and loads no advertising scripts, and we have not added any other analytics or tracking tools to it.
Like any website, our host, Cloudflare, receives standard technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, when your device loads a page. We do not use these details to identify or track you. Cloudflare handles them under its own privacy policy.
The website’s prayer and feedback forms
The forms are the prayer request form and the feedback form.
What you send. The prayer form asks for your request, and you may add a first name and an email address if you want a reply. The feedback form asks for your message and its topic, and you may add a name. Every field except the message is optional.
How it travels. When you press Send, your message passes through our host, Cloudflare, and is delivered by Cloudflare’s email service as an email to the Round Table’s inbox, roundtableeducationapp@gmail.com, which is a Google Gmail account. The website itself does not keep a copy in any database. Copies do exist in that inbox and, briefly, with those services as they deliver it, under their own privacy policies.
Bot check. Each form includes a bot check by Cloudflare, called Turnstile, that runs before your message sends. To tell people from bots it may use technical details such as your IP address and browser information, under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
Who reads it. Prayer requests are read by the people behind Round Table Learning, not by the Round Table’s AI knights. We do not sell, publish, or share them, and we do not use them for marketing.
How long we keep it. We delete prayer requests from the inbox within 90 days. We keep feedback only as long as we need it to fix or improve the app.
Sensitive matters. A prayer request can reveal your faith, your health, or private matters about your family. Share only what you’re comfortable with. You don’t need to give your name.
Under 18. If you are under 18, please don’t include your name, email, or anything else that identifies you. (The app’s own policy separately says the app is not directed at children under 13.)
Your choices. To have a message you sent deleted, write to roundtableeducationapp@gmail.com and tell us roughly when you sent it.
In a crisis. This form is not monitored around the clock. In the United States, call or text 988, or call 911 if you are in immediate danger.
